I can't believe this but V--- wrote back to me again. this time she said something that really grabbed my attention, she mentioned that E--- this guy she had been seeing some time ago that she treated so poorly back in March died. I was shocked. I have no idea when or how he died, so I wrote her saying how sorry I was that he had died. I bet she feels tremendous guilt over how she treated him. I thought about calling her but decided that email is all I can do at this time.

Tomorrow we close on our house. Everything is ready to go. I am ready, ready to move on, ready to have a shot at the normal middle class life that I lay in bed and dream about.
