| Guess what? I got a new cat, well actually he is a kitten. He
is a solid grey long hair with emerald colored eyes and yesterday we finally gave him a
name, Thunder. I was hesitant about getting another cat so soon after Barney but finally
decided to take the plunge and adopt. I thought about an adult cat because that is what I
have always done, plus adult cats are adopted less than the kittens, but I thought it
would be good to get a kitten for Elizazbeth to watch grow and become great friends with.
I figure too that if he lives as long as my other cats have he should be around till she
goes to college, if not longer. I even convinced Stacy to adopt another cat while we
were at the pet store on Saturday, a black and white female with long hair.
This weekend we really did nothing. Jeff
stayed holed up in the office working on a project for grad school while I basicly laid
around talking on the phone and watching movies from the 80's. They had a Rocky marathon
on Saturday and so I sat benched in the oversized chair watching until it was time for
dinner. I was really pathetic. I also made a Christmas list of things I wanted.

2. Ani Difranco's Living in Clip CD
3. A bread maker
4. Assortment of candles from Pier One
or Bombay Company
5. Karen Nuberger Pajamas
6.A wine cabinet for the kitchen
7.A wedding ring
8.Pregnant
Do you think I am asking for too much?
Well, I know that last one may be a little difficult obtain.
